The Star FM is a non-commercial, listener-supported station, meaning we don’t air traditional ads. Instead, we acknowledge contributions from businesses, ministries, and churches through Underwriting Announcements—brief, FCC-compliant messages that share an organization's name, contact info, and services without calls to action or promotional language.

Important Guidelines

• Underwriting credits can contain:
• The underwriter’s name
• Location
• Business phone number
• Value-neutral descriptions of a product line or business

Underwriting credits cannot contain:

• Comparative or qualitative descriptions
• Price information; including mentions of discounts, specials or savings percentage
• A call to action
